Payment Summary

ACAF lessons, classes and events are displayed in monthly calendars in the "Schedules" windows, and individually and specifically described in the “Programs” window.   Each window provides access to send both registrations and inquiries directly to the ACAF email account,

monitored by the ACAF Secretary and ACAF Executive President.

ACAF membership is required for participation in the offered ACAF Programs, and/or to teach its lessons, classes, and events, and/or to serve on its auxiliary or executive boards. Membership fees will be automatically collected by the 7th of each month in the amount of €50.00, which purchases x4-hours of art-making in that month for the member's direct use or the transfer of the hours to a registered ACAF student.  When additional hours are required in any month for lessons, classes, and events beyond the allotted x4-hours of the monthly membership fee, the additional hours are also charged at the membership hourly rate of €12.50.  Membership rates are not extended to visitors or other non-members for attendance at any lessons, classes, or events.  

Membership is open to any natural or legal person interested in the realization of the associations objectives, includes single voting rights to selected Association's statues, and obligates a monthly membership fee of €50.00.  Membership in an annual obligation, renewable on 1 August unless preceded by a 90-day, 3-month advance notice, with membership fee payments continuing to the concluding day of the membership period. Membership fees are non-refundable.

ACAF students complete an ACAF enrollment form, which is kept on file for the duration of the membership, with all student contact information fully noted and linked to a paying member's account. ​

Although some calendar months have  5-weeks,

each ACAF month consists of only four weeks, less December.

ACAF lessons are taught in a x1-hour session per week or x2-hour sessions every other week; twice monthly, providing x4-hours of art-making each month.

ACAF classes are taught in x2-hour sessions every other week; twice monthly, or x2-hr sessions every week, providing x4-hours or x8-hours of art-making each month respectively.

ACAF events - such as workshops, birthday parties, unit FRG or team building art, etc., are taught in x3-hour, independent sessions.

​*** Ages 2-5 ***

1. Storytelling & Art  ==  Taught every week according to the schedule. ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = None ; Art-making supplies = included.

2. ABCs & 123s Textbook ==  Taught every week according to the schedule. ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = None ; Art-making supplies = included, which also includes the issuing of a student booklet for textbook designing.

 *** Ages 6-15 ***

1.  Art-Media and Art-Making  ==  Taught every other week (2nd & 4th weeks) according to the schedule. ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = None ; Art-making supplies = included.

2.  Arts & Crafts S.T.E.A.M.  ==  Taught every other week (1st & 3rd weeks)  according to the schedule. ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = None ; Art-making supplies = included, which also includes the issuing of a student journal for personal creative process tracking.  [S.T.E.A.M. =  Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.]

3.  Art Education Basics  ==  ==  To Be Taught every other week (1st & 3rd weeks) according to the schedule. ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = None ; Art-making supplies = included, which also includes the issuing of a student journal for personal creative process tracking.

4.  Grund- and Mittelschule Grafenwoehr   ==  Taught  by invitation according to Ms. Lauder and the Grafenwoehr school leadership ; Total Monthly Hours = 8 hours ; Additional Class Fee = none  ; Art-making supplies = included.

5.  Harry Potter Art Club  ==  Taught  every week according to the schedule ; Total Monthly Hours = 8 hours ; Additional Class Fee = + €12,50, in each additional hour; weekly classes provide an additional x4-hours each month beyond the  x4 membership hours  ; Art-making supplies = included, which also includes the issuing of a student art-journaling book for student's visual expressions in journeying through Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling.

 *** Ages 16+  ***

1.  Private Lessons  ==  Taught = according to scheduling availability ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = varies ;  Art-making supplies = varies.

2.  Basics & Techniques  ==  Taught  every week according to the schedule ; Total Monthly Hours = 8 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = + €50.00, in addition to the membership €50.00 membership fee ; Art-making supplies = included, which also includes a student note-taking booklet.  Normally follows a six-week, weekly plan.

3.  Scripture Journaling  == Taught = every other week (1st & 3rd weeks)  according to the schedule ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = none ;  Art-making supplies = included.

4.  Coffee Art  == Taught = every other week (1st & 3rd weeks)  according to the schedule ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = none ;  Art-making supplies = included.  

5.  Sips & Brushstrokes  ==  Taught = when scheduled, in 2-3 hour sessions, according to member request ; Total Monthly Hours = 3 hours ; Additional Class Fee = none ;  Art-making supplies = included.

6.  Sculpture Art ==  Taught = when scheduled, in 2-3 hour sessions, according to member request ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = incurred according to total hours exceeding the 4 allotted hours each month  ;  Art-making supplies = included, which also includes the issuing of a student art-journaling book for student's visual expressions

7.  Open Paint Night ==  Taught = when scheduled, in 1-4 hour sessions, according to member request ; Total Monthly Hours = 4 hours ;  Additional Class Fee = €20.00 per each additional hours that exceeds the allotted membership of 4 hours each month  ;  Art-making supplies = included, if such supplies are already on-hand according to ACAF's standard lesson and class requirements.  An additional supply fee is incurred if ACAF is requested to provide any specialty supplies.​​
